Viau Fabrication Inc. was founded in 2026 by brothers Daniel and Mathieu Viau, building on a family legacy rooted in the HVAC industry. Together with their dedicated team, they bring over 18 years of industry experience and a lifelong commitment to quality workmanship, customer service, and professional excellence.
The story of Viau Fabrication begins with Marc Viau Mechanical, the family business where Daniel, Mathieu, and Stacey developed their knowledge, skills, and passion for the trade. Growing up in a family dedicated to the HVAC industry, they gained valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the importance of hard work, integrity, and customer relationships.
In 2018, Daniel expanded his expertise working in the national capital region, where he gained extensive experience in the high rise residential, commercial and institutional construction sector. This opportunity allowed him to broaden his knowledge of large-scale HVAC projects and advanced industry practices.
Meanwhile, Mathieu and Stacey continued to help operate Marc Viau Mechanical. As Project Manager, Fabricator, and Installer, Mathieu played a key role in overseeing projects from start to finish, fabricating ductwork, and ensuring quality installations. Stacey served as Office Manager, managing the administrative, financial, and customer service aspects of the business, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
When Marc and Tammy decided to retire and sell the mechanical HVAC business, a new opportunity emerged. Determined to continue the family's tradition of excellence while creating a vision of their own, Daniel and Mathieu made the decision to establish Viau Fabrication Inc. As a member of the family and an experienced Office Manager, Stacey joined Daniel and Mathieu in the new venture, bringing her extensive industry knowledge and administrative expertise to support the company's growth and day-to-day operations.
